Fuel mumble grumble

So, oil prices have dipped below $90 a barrel today.

Why, oh why are we still paying over £1.18 for diesel at the pumps?

We are getting RIPPED OFF in this country, and we're all to passive and stupid to do anything about it.
If we were French, half the country would be on fire/blockaded in protest!

or am I alone in this thinking......?

Audio books - made easy

So, what you need to do is download itunes v.8.

Then go and register online at podiobooks, then find the book you want to listen to, subscribe to it using the itunes button and check the tickbox to download all the chapters.

Then you convert it to AAC or MP3 format for your car, bang it onto a CD, and hey presto listen to something interesting on your commute.

Something useful

Have you found FireShot yet?

Go and search for this wonderful tool, install it on Firefox (yes it works in v3) and then you can tell it you want it to work in IE too, and it goes away and sorts it all out for you.

Kinda started with a google toolbar, (thanks Mr Ellis!) and has now lead to this.

Its a case of having to try these things out to stay on the rails and keep trucking towards the big light at the end of the tunnel... do they sell candyfloss on the way. Now there's something you'd be annoyed if you'd missed it, particularly if it was free.

Hey ho, well that is a start. Lets see how this progresses.
